Shalom from Jerusalem!
I am back
in Jerusalem after spending a wonderful month with the
saints in Alabama. The Winter Campmeeting was
real special with the Lord manifesting His
Presence often in different ways!
Many of us
were also very blessed to go to Foley, Alabama, for
the "Sons of the Kingdom and the Seven Spirits
of God Conference" sponsored by WhiteDove
Ministries with Paul Keith Davis, Bob Jones, Bobby
Connor and worship by JoAnn McFatter.
The Lord is cross-pollinating His Bride,
drawing us together at His
portals!
Watching Daily at Your
Portals
As
promised in my last update, I have recorded the
song I received while praying one morning in
Alabama. Go to our homepage (www.jerusalemrevival.com)

The song
is about 9 minutes long, but it takes a little while to
load so be patient! I hope it will be a
blessing.
Visions and Prophetic Words for
Intercession
There has
been an increase of the Lord's tangible
Presence in the services in Alabama since
the campmeeting. In the last two Saturday night
services, the anointing was so strong
that Pastor Shelley did not preach.
In the
service on January 20th, the Lord gave him one
vision after another of things that would
happen in the world that require
intercession. At the end of that service
he had a trance vision experience
in which he was taken in the Spirit to more places
on the earth and shown more events to pray
about.
The
following Saturday night, Pastor Shelley experienced the
very heavy glory of the Lord coming
down over him in constant waves such that he was
often unable to stand up straight or lift up his
head. He spent the rest of the service
praying powerfully for many of the people
present.
In his
more than 31 years of preaching, Pastor Shelley has been
given many visions and prophetic Words about
world events that later happened. This
seems to be a new season for God to use
him in this way. I love to see God making Himself
real before our eyes!

What
follows in this update are
major excerpts from this service.
Next week I plan to send an
update with his sharing about the trance
vision he had immediately following the
service.
He was
emphatic that we must daily intercede for these
situations! That is why the Lord
gave the visions! I have included
pictures to help us remember what to intercede
for.
Vision - Angelic Host over Washington,
DC
I saw in the Spirit a
great host of angels, great host of
angels.
I want to say that there were
thousands. It looked like that
many.
And they were in some sort of
formation -
narrow at the front, wider at the back,
almost like a triangle shape
or pyramid-type shape.
And it seemed that there was something
holding them back
like a . . . like you see the pictures of a
crime scene.
You see the tape, you know.
Or when they’re . . . a grand opening of
something sometimes.
They have a ribbon.
But there seemed to be something a lot stronger
than that.
But it was symbolized in a banner-type
thing all the way across the front.
And the angels that were on the front
line,
those few that were narrow at the front, were
big-breasted.
And when I say that, I mean wide in the
chest.
And their chests were pushing against
this hold, stronghold.
And I saw . . . I believe that it’s
something withstanding,
withholding, restraining this host of
angels.
But I saw that they have a
special assignment.
And the reason why I know they have
a special assignment is because
I looked beneath
them
and I saw the city of Washington,
D.C.
and I saw the Capitol
building.
And I hear the Spirit of the Lord
saying,
"There’s a
tremendous host of angels that are
prepared,
totally ready and
prepared, to be loosed upon the City of
Washington, D.C.,
specifically
strategically on the Capitol
building."
God is God. He is God.
And I saw among the crowd of angels as it got
wider, as it went back . . .
They were in formation, narrow across the front
with a few,
and it got wider and wider and
wider.
I saw an unusual amount of strange
weapons, sort of weapons.
And I saw that some of these angels had
hourglasses in their hands,
but they represented weapons.
Because time can be a
weapon.
"Do you understand that?"
And I saw some other things in their
hands.
I saw swords, and I saw even
what looked like spears.
But there was an unusual peace about
them.
They were pushing, ready to
go, but there wasn’t an anger . . .
there wasn’t a hard look on their face -
peaceful look.
But each one of them had a job and a
duty,
and they have all received their
assignments.
And many of them
are going to be visiting members of
Congress.
Many of them are going to be visiting the
House of Representatives,
you know, and the
Senate.
And they may not recognize their
visitation,
but without a doubt they’ll see the
results.
And I want you to know that some of these . . .
I really have hesitated to say this,
but some of these
are angels of death.
And they’re coming straight from
eternity.
I believe that
if we pray and believe the Lord tonight . .
.
Why God would show
that to us here in this little tiny town in Alabama . .
.?
But it’s not just to
stick it on a shelf somewhere.
I believe that we
are to pray right now
that whatever it is
holding them back, that God will loose
them.
And you know,
it’s serious
because I said that
some of them represented death.
But there are some
powerful things represented by those
angels -
powerful
things.
And some of them are
coming to bring
revival.
Some of them are
coming to bring the power of the Holy
Spirit
and victory
over situations.
I believe that
they’ve been assigned to the justices of the
Supreme Court.
I believe they’ve
been assigned to the
legislators.
I believe that
angels have been assigned to the
lobbyists.
To every person that
has a pivotal role in
Washington,
I believe these
angels have been assigned.
And they are
ready to do what God has called them and
trained them
and positioned them
to do.
And the
Spirit of the
Lord wants us to be more
concerned
about the
Spirit realm and the Spirit
world
than He does
politics in the Nation -
politics and all
this junk and gook and stuff that’s going on in the
world.
We are . . .
As overcomers,
as those who have
been called to be sons of the Kingdom of
God,
our first
concern, our first arena of action and
concern,
and even expressing
our opinions and sharing,
should be in
the Spirit realm. Amen.
Because listen, the
Spirit realm is . . .
what’s
happening in the Spirit realm is in control.
Amen.
Vision - Dark Clouds over West
Coast
I saw a
very dark presence gathering
in the West Coast, just
then,
of our
nation.
We don’t
need to be stirred up in the
natural,
but we
need to be stirred up in the Spirit.
I saw very, very
dark forces gathering on the West
Coast.
And I sensed in my
spirit that it was the same kind of
forces
that
gathered over New York City to bring about
something very serious
when we had the
terrorism on the East
Coast.
And I saw dark, dark
forces gathering together on the West
Coast.
And I believe they
have the same kind of purpose in their
minds,
in their
hearts.
I see that
we should pray quickly about it and tear down those
things.
 I just saw it just like a
map laid before me.I saw those
dark orbs as they started
gathering together into one
-
many, many, many,
many, many dark spots.
And they started
gathering into one
over the West
Coast.
And I saw them
coming from other states, even across
the map.
I saw them coming
both from the North and the
South, and from the
East,
and something even
from the West, which is the
ocean.
I believe that God
still has an appointment.
I believe there’s
still a destiny for
God
that has to be
carried out in the West
Coast.
I do believe the
prophecies of the
earthquake.
I do believe that
the big one is
coming.
I believe that with
all my heart.
But I believe God
has an appointment yet
with the West Coast
of the United States.
I believe that
there are wells of revival
that must be dug up
again.
I believe there are
promises and decrees that were made in
the Spirit
and
visitations in the West Coast,
including Arizona,
that have
not yet come to their reality and their
fruition.
Prayer and Vision for
Dallas, Texas
I pray right now for
the City of Dallas,
Texas.
I don’t know why You
brought it to me, but I pray over her right
now.
I know that she has
been crippled by ice.
I know that she has
suffered because of it.
 But I pray for some other
things.I pray against dark spirits of
hell
that have gathered
in that city.
I pray
against the spirit of
terrorism
that has gathered
its forces in Dallas, Texas.
I know that
Sister Ruth had a
prophecy
that one of
the last moves of the Spirit of God would
start in Dallas,
Texas.
And I didn’t think
of that until I’d already seen and
spoke.
And so now we ask
You, Lord, to expose there, to
tear down there,
to drive
back there all the forces of hell that are
gathering over Dallas, Texas.
And let
there be a great outpouring of the Spirit of
God.
Lord, there are
wells . . .
I didn’t think of it
until now, but there are wells of the
Spirit
that have been
dug there by some of the giants, men of
God.
We pray right now.
Men like W. V. Grant, we pray . .
.
And men like
Gordon Lindsay, when he started out . .
.
Many of the
revivalists . . . Even Jack Coe,
for a season . . .
Many of the
revivalists were gathered in Dallas,
Texas.
And so right now
we pray that You will raise
up a company of people
that will dig up those
wells, dig up and release those
wells.
Hallelujah.
Hallelujah. Hallelujah.
We decree that the angels
of the Lord that have ministered to
and stood with the
generals of this past generation . . .
that once again these angels would be loosed in this
nation
upon men and
women of God
that the will of the
Lord and the plan of God would be accelerated
quickly.
Hallelujah.
Hallelujah. Hallelujah.
Prayer and
Vision for Miami, Florida
 I see also some
dark spiritsthat have gathered
over the City of Miami,
Florida.
I don’t know what
kind of spiritual wells are
there.
Let’s see, is that
where Jack Coe was when he was
arrested
for praying for the
sick?
He was somewhere in
Florida,
but I don’t think it
was Miami.
It might have
been.
I don’t know what
kind of spiritual wells are there,
but I saw those same dark
orbs.
I don’t want to call
them of light, because they’re like blobs of
darkness.
But I saw them
gathering together on the
map over the city of Miami,
Florida,
our
southern border there, you know,
really.
The enemy
has access to our nation through that
area.
We pray right now
for Miami, Florida.
It is a
rough place. It’s a place full of pride.
Because of South
Beach, it’s a place where there’s a lot of
pride.
There’s a lot of
homosexuality and
perversion.
There’s a lot of
racial dissension.
And really, there’s
. . . Even though there are people living
there
and enjoying the
freedom of America,
there’s a lot of
anti-American spirits that are there
over that city
that oppose and
would dare criticize the very society that’s given them
hope.
And yet it’s
gathered there and many, many other
things.
Drugs, drug
smugglers,
lots of
terrible things come into our nation through
Miami.
So we decree in the
wonderful Name of Y’shua the Messiah,
the Lord Jesus
Christ . . .
We decree that the
dark spirits of hell that are gathering heavily,
heavily,
thick, thick, over
the city of Miami, Florida . . .
We pray right now that
the Light of God would
shine,
that a
portal would be opened over
Miami
and that the
intercessors of God would be
stirred up in this
hour
to pray like never
before to keep the portal
open.
We decree
it.
We
believe, and absolutely stand and
believe
that we’ll
hear and know what You’re doing.
Hallelujah.
Hallelujah. Hallelujah . . .
Prophetic Word -
God’s Holy Fire
And God is saying
if you’re going to be an
overcomer,
if you’re going to
overcome in this age,
every aspect
of your life has got to be in holy
order.
 And I was sitting at my
desk not too long ago when God spoke and He said,
"My holy Fire
will precede My divine
order."
And I believe that
that’s what we’re waiting on
-
a tangible
release of the Fire of God in this
House,
something so heaven
sent . . .
Hallelujah.
Glory. Oh, hallelujah. Amen.
Prophetic
Prayer for Israel
Lord, there’s
a mess in Israel right
now.
There’s a mess in
the Knesset.
There’s a mess in
the government.
There are so many
accusations.
There are so many
things, so many inquiries that are going
on.
Resignations are
taking place.
The whole
government again -
it shakes all the
time,
but there’s
a real uproar right now in Israel.
Lord, I know
You love her.
I know You don’t
particularly love her above others.
I know she’s the one
You’ve chosen,
but I understand
that by the Covenant of grace you love us all the
same.
And Lord, if You
would be concerned at all
with what’s going on
in this nation,
then how
much more, surely, You’d be
concerned
with what’s going on
in that nation,
because what
happens there is fulfilling Your Word and Your
Promises.
And Lord,
we ask that You would
release those same kinds of
angels,
that You would
release them
over Jerusalem and over Tel Aviv and over
Israel tonight, Lord,
that all
Your perfect plans could begin to be carried
out and . . .
Father, we know and
sense and feel that the changing of the
guard
has come
again very soon over the land of Israel, over
the people.
Oh, hallelujah.
Lord, I just thank
You.
I believe that
You’re going to send in also
spiritually
a new wave
of intercessors from North America and from
Europe.
You’re going to call
a new wave of intercessors
to come in and
strengthen the hands of those who have
gotten weak,
who have gotten
sidetracked.
And so, Lord, we
release them,
those who are
waiting on the confirmation of the Spirit to
go.
Release
them, Lord.
Give them
their confirmation now.
Let
the angels of the Lord
release
the
confirmation and send
them
to stand
their post of duty
in the
City of Jerusalem and across the land of
Israel.
That’s what it’s
going to take - a heavy number of real, real
true intercessors.
Many, many
intercessors are
selfish,
and they
spend a lot of time in the realm of the soul,
praying their own will.
But Father, I know
that hidden across North America and
Europe,
You have men and
women that You’ve
called,
and You want to use
them to go and strengthen those
who are faithfully
decreeing Your will in that Land.
Let them be loosed between now and the end
of the year.
Let the next
nine months be like a fresh wave of
intercessors
going in for the
Glory of God.
Vision -
Angel of the Lord
I saw the
Angel of the Lord in the
House tonight just a few seconds
ago.
And I don’t
believe He shows up for no
reason.
I wanted my
children, my sons, in here,
not only because
they’ve been out enough,
but because
I want them to be where He
is,
because He
carries impartation with Him wherever He
goes.
I want us all to
just lift our hands for right now.
If you need healing
. . .
I know we’ve already
prayed for healing over certain
things.
If you need healing,
if you need help spiritually,
whatever you have
need of,
would you just lift
your hand right now and just receive.
Hallelujah.
Hallelujah.
I wasn’t . . . I
wasn’t at that moment . . .
It was
quiet.
I wasn’t aware and I
didn’t see Him
from the
front,
but I just
saw Him walking down that
aisle,
about halfway down
that aisle . . .
His back, as He was
walking toward the back.
And I know that
where He comes
He brings
something.
He
brings the very Glory and the very
Presence of
God.
Prophetic
Word - Grabbing the Word of the
Lord
But I feel like the
Lord wants me to say tonight
that we have
been slack in one area,
probably in lots of
areas, but in one area that the Lord brought to my
mind,
and that
is
when we hear
a Word from the Lord, whoever gives it . .
.
when we hear a Word
from the Lord,
we need to
be very faithful to grab it.
Do you hear what I’m
saying?
You can’t just hear
it.
It’s not
enough to sit and hear it.
You’re blessed if
you can hear it, but that’s not
enough.
You have to
do something about
it.
You’ve got to
make an agreement with
it.
And you should
leave with a commitment to pray it
through.
Did you know that
there are Promises
that God releases to
us in the Spirit
that are
hanging above us,
and they’re still
waiting.
They’re just
tarrying and waiting out
there
because enough of
God’s people
have not
come into an agreement to pray it
through.
So the
heavens are heavy sometimes
with the things that
God has promised
because there’s
not enough
people
who take
these things seriously
enough.
Just make a
commitment that when God speaks . .
.
Like tonight, we
have a Word for
Washington,
we have a Word for
the West Coast,
we have a Word for
Dallas, Texas,
we have a Word for
Miami.
As long as
God’s speaking to me, I don’t care what He’s
saying.
As long as God’s
talking to me, I don’t care what He’s
saying.
That’s
right.
If it’s good
for me - good.
If it’s bad
for me - good.
As long as I know
it’s God talking to me . . .
I want Him
to talk to me.
 And if He does it, He
does it for a reason.If He
releases or speaks it here,
He does it
for a reason.
And we need to take
it with us.
Pray that
thing through for Miami.
Pray that
thing through for Dallas,
Texas.
Pray that
thing through for all of these
things
that the
Lord has spoken tonight.
We need to
be very faithful to be raised up as
intercessors.
I think a lot of
people think they’re
intercessors,
but they
don’t spend any time in
intercession.
Do you know what an
intercessor does?
He intercedes.
Amen?
And there’s a
difference between prayer and
intercession.
That’s why we can
say "prayer and intercession."
Intercession is a
deeper level of
prayer.
When we start
praying in the
Spirit,
when we start
praying
prophetically,
when God starts
praying through us in inspirations and in other
languages,
then we’re coming
into a place of intercession.
You people, many of
you, have those kinds of giftings - men
and women.
It’s time to
stir them up like never before in these next few days
and weeks.
Let’s stir up those
things.
Let’s be
faithful.
Let’s be at
our post of duty spiritually.
Do you know it’s
not just important to be at our post of duty in
the natural,
but it’s also
important to be at our post of duty
spiritually.
You can be
here and not be here.
And you can
be at home and be at your post of duty
spiritually.
That’s the good
thing about that spiritual place that God’s called us
to.

[The next day, during the Sunday
morning service, Pastor Shelley shared what happened to
him after that evening service was over. Here is
the beginning of what he said:]
There was such
an awesome anointing last night to see into
heavenly places.
And I had an experience with the
Lord even after the meeting was over.
I went in my office.
I don’t even know how I got
there.
I do not remember
going in. I do not remember sitting
down.
I don’t remember
being in the chair.
But when I
came to myself, the church was
dark.
Everyone had left
the building except Bro. Kary.
There was no
one here. All of you had
gone.
And I am sitting
there for a moment thinking to myself, "Have we had
church yet?
What has
happened? Have we had church
yet?"

In Closing
Although
we are looking to God as the source of our provision and
He never fails, we believe it is not wrong to
make our needs known to the saints to make it
easier for God to use them to bless His work in
Jerusalem.
Our quarterly rent is
due on February 15th. We
appreciate so much the love gifts we have received so
far to help us with the rent (and basic utilities
and food)!
Much more is needed,
so please pray about helping us
financially! If you are
unable to help, please seriously pray for someone else
to take your place!

us and to faithfully pray and intercede as never before
in these critical times!
